About us

Mindful Change Co. was founded to support the psychological health and wellbeing of leaders, teams, and high performers, to repair, sustain or improve their psychological wellbeing and their performance.

Tim is a trained psychotherapist and specialist in the field of behavioural science over the past 10 years. Tim has led clinical teams and developed psychological programs to see improved mental health and wellbeing to his participants.

Now, Tim is offering his psychological expertise in supporting people to work through challenges impacting on mindset and psychological wellbeing, and to support individuals and teams to improve their capacity and psychological resilience.
